Q. How do I book my stay?

R. Simply complete the online form. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

Q. What are the means of payment?

R. You can pay for your stay by cheque or bank transfer. A 20% deposit is required on booking. The balance must be paid at least one month before the start of the festival.

 

Q. How can I be sure that my stay is booked?

R. Once we have received your deposit, your registration will be definitively confirmed.

 

Q. Can I cancel my stay? How can I get a refund?

R. We are very flexible when it comes to cancellations. You can cancel your booking at any time without charge or justification, right up to the start of the festival. If your payment has already been made, we will reimburse you in full.

 

Q. What is included in the price of the stay?

R. The price of your stay includes full-board hotel accommodation, water and wine included, as well as access to the festival and all its activities. Transportation is at your own expense. Access to the SPA is optional and payable directly to the hotel.

 

Q. We're a group or club, can we get a discount?

R. From the outset, we've strived to make the festival accessible to as many people as possible, with the aim of offering unbeatable value for money. That's why we keep our prices as low as possible. Should you nevertheless encounter any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our utmost to find a solution.

 

Q .Can I book my stay on the Aquamarina hotel website?

R. The only way to book your stay is on the International Country Music Festival website. If you book a room directly with the hotel, you will not have access to the festival and its activities.

 

Q. I've already booked a vacation at a nearby hotel. Can I still take part in the festival?

R. Unfortunately not. We're offering a complete holiday on the theme of country music. Outsiders can't take part in the festival activities.

 

Q. I have a special diet, can I eat without difficulty?

R. The hotel's restaurant is a large all-you-can-eat buffet. You'll find a wide variety of food to suit all diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc.).

 

Q. Where can I park my car during the festival?

R. The festival offers 24-hour supervised parking in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A €30 charge applies. You can also find free parking in the city, but beware of market days! Ask the hotel for details of days and places.

 

Q. Do I need to pre-register for workshops?

R. No, you're free to choose which workshop you'd like to attend each day.

 

Q. Can we dance during the evening concerts?

R. Of course! We take care to satisfy both dance and music fans, with an eclectic program. A designated area near the stage allows those who wish to do so to enjoy the concerts in the best possible conditions, while still allowing those who wish to dance to do so.

 

Q. How are the choreographies chosen? Can I suggest some?

R. The choreographies learned during the workshops are chosen by all the instructors, with the aim of satisfying as many participants as possible. We're always open to your ideas, remarks and constructive suggestions! The dances are a time for sharing, so don't hesitate to ask the instructors for your music.

 

Q. I'm afraid it's going to be too crowded...

R. We deliberately limit the number of participants so that everyone can enjoy the stay as serenely as possible and have room to dance comfortably, and always have a choice of workshops.

 

Q. Where do the workshops take place?

R. The festival sets up a large tent with a 1800m2 floor at the back of the hotel. This is where most of the activities take place. Morning workshops are held in several locations, including the big top, the hotel terrace (with floor), and indoor rooms.

 

Q. I have a problem with my room...

R. The hotel staff is always available. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask.

 

Q. I am not satisfied with my stay / I have a problem...

R. Our priority is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact the festival teams. We're always here to help.

Q. If I have a health problem while I'm there, can I be taken care of?

R. Generally speaking, it's very important to have your European "carte vitale". It's free, and you can apply for it on Ameli.fr. With this card, you don't have to pay medical expenses in advance in the event of hospitalization or medical treatment.

Q. Who organizes the International Country Music Festival?

R. Since 2012, the festival has been organized by SAS Latitude Sud Sport Organisation, a French company based in the Vaucluse region, whose founder is Bernard Blanot.

Since the end of 2024, the Country Festival has been run by SAS ... a company based in Forcalquier, Alpes de Haute Provence, and managed by Antoine Ayora and Jérôme Désoteux.

 

Q. I'd like to accompany someone on the trip, but I don't dance... Do I have to pay the same price?

R. Yes. The price of the stay is the same whether or not you want to take part in the activities. You'll have no trouble keeping busy while Mr or Mrs dances! The hotel offers a SPA, a gym, the beach is a 2-minute walk away and there are lovely walks all around.

 

Q. I'd like to register but I won't be able to take part in the whole trip...

R. What a shame! However, you'll still have to pay the full cost of your stay.

 

Q. Can I bring my children or grandchildren? Is there any entertainment for them? Is the price the same?  

R. Children are always welcome! The hotel team regularly organizes entertainment for them. We offer a reduced price for children under 8. Please contact us for further details.

 

Q. Can I arrive the day before?

R. Yes, you'll be asked to pay a supplement of between 55 and 75 euros, depending on the type of room you choose.

 

Q. Do I have to pay a tourist tax on arrival?

R. No, everything is included in the price of the stay, except parking, which is optional, and access to the spa, which must be paid for at the hotel.
